Sub-processors

Last updated May 19, 2026

B3dmar ApS, trading as 3ngram, engages a small number of sub-processors to provide the platform. Our sub-processors are primarily based in the European Economic Area, with a limited number of US-based sub-processors covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Each sub-processor is bound by a written data processing agreement and is engaged only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Categories of processing

Sub-processors are engaged for the following purposes:

  • Platform hosting — running the application and API
  • Database hosting — storing your memories, documents, and account data
  • Embeddings — generating vector embeddings for semantic search
  • Transactional email — account, alert, and digest emails
  • Subscription payments — processing subscription billing
  • Error monitoring — crash and stack-trace diagnostics (EU-hosted)

Your content is not used to train any AI models, and we do not receive or store AI model responses generated by third-party tools you connect over MCP.

Current named list

For the current list of named sub-processors — including each vendor, its purpose, and its location — and a counter-signable copy of our Data Processing Agreement, email legal@3ngram.ai.

Changes

We may add or replace sub-processors as the service evolves. Material changes are communicated in line with our Data Processing Agreement, giving controllers the opportunity to object before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data.
