Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes up to 2,000 live memories, one active MCP client, typed memory, search, the briefing and debrief prompts, the web dashboard, and account data export. No credit card is required.
Does Pro have a trial?
No. You can use Free without a credit card. When you upgrade to Pro, paid billing starts immediately at checkout.
What are the Free and Pro limits?
Free includes 2,000 live memories and one active MCP client. Pro removes those plan-level caps with unlimited live memories and unlimited MCP clients, subject to reasonable security, rate, and LLM fair-use limits.
What happens when I reach 2,000 live memories?
Your existing memories stay retained and readable, but Free blocks a new live memory at the cap. Archived and superseded history does not count toward the limit, and you can still revise a memory because the revision replaces one live version with another.
What counts as one active MCP client?
It is one distinct AI app or tool you have authorized to access 3ngram over OAuth while that access remains enabled. It is not a limit on concurrent requests or open sessions.
How much is Pro?
Pro is $19 or €19 per month, or $190 or €190 per year. The billing interval and currency are confirmed in the hosted checkout.
Is data export included on Free?
Yes. Account data export is available on both Free and Pro. Export and account deletion are privacy controls, not paid upgrades.
When does Team ship?
Team workspaces are coming later and are not available for purchase at the v1 launch. No launch date or price is published yet.
Do you train models on my data?
No. 3ngram does not use customer content to train foundation models. The hosted service processes the minimum required memory text with its configured providers to deliver features such as search; current providers are listed on the sub-processors page.
